Unfortunately not! Once an order is done we are unable to change it.

If you are having trouble finalizing your order with your credit / debit card make sure you have sufficient funds on your account! Once you have confirmed the funds are available please double check the following;

All details on your card match the checkout screen including your 3 digit number on the back of the card.

  2. You have not exceeded your daily limit
  3. If purchasing from outside USA or Australia ensure you’re able to use the card for international purchases.

Yes! Just go through checkout as usual and you can select Zip as a payment option at the end.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes can’t be used with any other offer including Free Gift With Purchase, Other discount codes, sale items. If this is not the issue and you’re still having issues, shout out to the customer support team here!

We have a few different codes that go around from time to time. Make sure your codes is still valid and double check the T&Cs of your specific code.

Orders & shipping

We offer free delivery on orders over $150 (Australia and Worldwide).

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

We do not offer click and collect.

Product & sizing

On every product page, you’ll see a size chart next to the size options. Simply follow the instructions and find your perfect size. If you need any further assistance, feel free to get in touch.

Your apparel should last a long time with a little love and tender care. Always, the first thing to do is turn them inside out. Machine washing is totally fine but try to make sure it’s a cold wash and gentle cycle. You can also throw them in the dryer but it’s better to air dry. There will be some minor shrinkage after washing, which is standard cotton 101.

Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production. The measurements provided in our size charts are just an indicator of sizing, so please allow for variations of 1-2 centimeters.

Environment

All apparel is printed on demand using the direct to garment method (DTG), which eliminates the waste commonly caused by over-production in the fashion & apparel industry.

We use fully compostable shipping mailers to send all orders. They’re plant-based and contain zero plastic.

Dream BIG Studio is an-invite-only platform so we usually reach out to artists ourselves. If you’re interested in joining, please send us your portfolio/Instagram and we’ll keep it on file for future consideration.
